SECTION 1: GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL PLAYERS
SECTION 2: TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO SPORTS BETS
SECTION 3: TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO CASINO AND CASINO BONUSES
Welcome to the PKR General Terms and Conditions. Some of them are set out below and some are located elsewhere on our Website(s). You will find links to them below.
This section contains legal information that you need to read and accept if you want to access or use any of the suite of PKR online and interactive gaming products and services. We call these products and services as a whole the "PKR Service". We refer to each individual game (poker, casino etc.) as a "PKR Product".
When you access and use the PKR Service you do so on the terms of a contract with us which consists of 3 main sets of terms:
General Terms and Conditions, which apply to all aspects of the PKR Service. You will find these set out below;
Product-Specific Terms, which are organised by reference to whichever of our gaming products and services is being used by the Customer. You will find these Product Specific Terms with the relevant gaming product or service;
Game Rules or House Rules for individual products. You will also find these Rules with the relevant gaming product.
You will find links below to the main sections of the General Terms and Conditions. Also, click on the relevant product link at the top of this page to access and read the various items in the Product-Specific Terms and Conditions and the applicable Game Rules or House Rules.
When we refer to "Terms and Conditions" we therefore mean those of the above terms which apply in the circumstances (e.g. the General Terms and Conditions will always apply but if you use only PKR Poker then Poker Specific Terms and Conditions and Poker House Rules will apply, but not those relating to PKR Casino or PKR Sports Betting).
If there is any inconsistency between the General Terms and Conditions and anything else, then the General Terms and Conditions prevail.
"You", "your", "Customer" and "Player" refer to our customer registering with us to access and use the PKR Service. "We" "our" "us" and "PKR" refer to the members of the PKR Group of Companies providing the PKR Service.
Details of these companies are as follows:
PKR Ltd is registered in Alderney, British Channel Islands (Registration Number 1541) and has its registered office address at Millennium House, Ollivier Street, St Anne, Alderney, GY9 3TD.
When you register, open, access or operate a customer account with us (including making and receiving payments), you are dealing with PKR Ltd.
If you are resident in Great Britain your account and all activity associated with it will be licensed and regulated by the (UK) Gambling Commission, Licence Number: 000-039279-R-319296-001.

If you are a resident of Denmark please visit: http://www.pkr.com/dk/
We use various websites to deliver the PKR Service ("Websites").
YOU SHOULD READ THE GENERAL AND THE PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND HOUSE OR GAME RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING WITH US, THEN PRINT AND STORE THEM ALONG WITH ALL CONFIRMATION EMAILS, TRANSACTION DATA, PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS AND PAYMENT METHODS RELEVANT TO YOUR USE OF THE PKR SERVICE. WE WILL NOT FILE OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU AND SO YOU SHOULD PRINT IT OUT FOR YOUR RECORDS.
In particular, these General Terms and Conditions are lengthy. You should read them all as you will be bound by them all. However, for ease of access, below you will find links to the sections that particularly focus on specific parts of the terms.
It is a condition of accessing or using the PKR Service that you accept the Terms and Conditions and you are deemed to have accepted them by checking the box on the registration form and clicking "REGISTER”. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and/or by continued use of our Websites, you are bound by the contract you make.
We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions. However, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any material or significant changes to the Terms and Conditions will be notified to you by an appropriate method depending on the extent of such changes (for example, by email or via a prominent notice on the Websites).
The up-to-date version of the Terms and Conditions will be found at the appropriate place on the relevant Website and will be accessible via the links.
It remains your responsibility to periodically check the Terms and Conditions to ensure that you continue to agree with them and you are advised to check the Terms and Conditions every time that you access or use the PKR Service.
If a change to the Terms and Conditions is made which you do not wish to accept you may cease to use the relevant part of the PKR Service or close your Account. However, your continued access or use of any of the Websites will be deemed to be your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and any changes to them as at the time of access or use, except that any bets or wagers received (but not settled) or other transactions prior to the time of any change to the Terms and Conditions will be subject to the pre-existing Terms and Conditions.
If at any time you do not accept any changes to the Terms and Conditions, you should refrain from using the PKR Service.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from 7th December 2015 and supersede all previous Terms and Conditions.
You confirm to us that you are over 18, or meet the legal age for gambling in your country of residence and you acknowledge that it may be an offence for you to participate in gambling if you are under 18 or under the legal age in your country.
You confirm to us that you have the mental capacity to take responsibility for your own actions and can enter into a legally binding agreement with us.
You understand that employees of PKR, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in the PKR Service except for the purposes of testing, verification etc.
You accept that it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your applicable local or national laws before registering with us and/or before dealing with us, and you acknowledge that there may be specific laws in your country, place of residence, or the place from which your bets or wagers are offered to us, which prohibit gambling.
You confirm to us that you will not access or use the PKR Service from within a jurisdiction that prohibits such access or use or if you are a citizen of a nation state that prohibits its citizens from participating in gambling (including, without limitation, the United States of America and its territories and dependencies).
You accept that we do not take any responsibility for your breach of any applicable local or national laws.
You accept that any propositions or material set out by us does not constitute an offer, solicitation or invitation by us for the use of or subscription to betting, gaming or other services in any jurisdiction in which such activities are prohibited by law.
You accept that we reserve the right, for whatever reason and at any time, to refuse payment of winnings, close your account or suspend access to the PKR Service if you are found to be in breach of the above requirement.
You accept that we also reserve the right to block provision of the PKR Service in whole or in part to any territory for any reason, without notice.
You confirm that your interest in the PKR Service is personal and not professional and that you participate solely for your own entertainment.
You understand that by using the PKR Service you may lose money and you accept full responsibility for such losses.
You consent to the provision of the PKR Service by the various companies identified in these Terms and Conditions.
You must open an account with us (a "Customer Account" or "Account"). The Customer Account will enable you to participate in the various products provided on the PKR Service. Access to and use of these products is subject to the relevant Product Specific Terms and Game Rules or House Rules which you have already accepted by opening your Customer Account.
Any credit card, charge card or other method of payment that you submit to us in connection with opening a Customer Account or at any later time for use on an Account must be your own and in your name, and exclude any payment method which relates to a non-personal account such as a business or corporate account. We are entitled to assume that you are doing so.
Funds held in your Customer Account are held separately from our corporate funds and they are not subject to any specific trust arrangements but you accept that this shall not entitle you to interest which we are entitled to retain.
Only one Customer Account is permitted per Customer and the Customer Account registration must be executed by you personally. We reserve the right to close any duplicate Customer Accounts, and to make void any bets or wagers placed through duplicate Customer Accounts. If funds are mistakenly credited to your Customer Account, we shall be entitled to make the appropriate adjustment to it. If you use the funds mistakenly credited to place bets or wagers, we can void all such bets or wagers and reverse any winnings at our discretion.
If you withdraw funds mistakenly credited to your Customer Account, you must reimburse us on request and we are entitled to set-off any subsequent amounts you deposit with us to satisfy this liability.
If you need any assistance in opening a Customer Account, please contact our Support Team.
When opening a Customer Account, you must choose a username and password that will be used to access your Customer Account. Players must choose a username which is not offensive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate. PKR reserves the right to amend any username which it deems to be inappropriate. You can change your password at any time via My PKR Cashier – Change Password.
Your username and password must be kept secure. You are responsible for this. Bets and wagers placed by third parties aware of these details will be considered valid.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all information supplied to us by you relates to you personally, is accurate and up-to-date and that it remains so and, in the case of transactional information such as deposits or withdrawals, that it reflects your intentions.
You must not allow any other person (including, without limitation, any person under the required age for gambling) to use your Customer Account, accept any prize, or participate in the PKR Service under any circumstances.
If you believe a third party has obtained your username and/or password, you should immediately contact our Support Team at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
When deciding whether to accept your application for a Customer Account, we may supply the information you have given us to authorised third parties to confirm your identity and/or card details. They will check any details we disclose to them against any databases (public or private) to which they have access and will keep a record of that check.
You agree that we may process, use, record and disclose personal information which you provide in connection with your application and that such personal data may be recorded by us or the third parties to whom we have made disclosure.
In particular, we may wish to verify any information you give us when you apply for a Customer Account or attempt to make a withdrawal so as to ensure you are 18 or over or meet the legal age for gambling in your country. This may particularly apply where we identify the use of a payment method which may be available to individuals under the legal age of gambling and any attempt to make a deposit or withdrawal may be blocked until we have successfully completed the verification process.
We will try and do our verification processes electronically but if we are unable to do so we may ask you to provide us with further documentary proof and you will be required to send us such proof within 72 hours of our request at the latest. This may involve you sending us things such as a colour copy of the photo page of your passport, photo driving licence, other government approved photographic ID, and a copy of a recent utility bill, bank or card statement, a masked copy of the card used for payment or any other documents as we may reasonably require for these purposes.
You will not be able to open or in some cases use your account or withdraw any winnings until our verification process has been satisfactorily completed both in relation to identity, card details and age. In any event, if this cannot be done we are entitled to suspend your Customer Account, and prevent you from gambling or withdrawing winnings until these checks have been satisfactorily completed.
In particular, if age verification checks ultimately show you to be underage, we will return all stakes to you but are under no obligation to pay any winnings.
In addition, we may perform random security checks at any time and you accept that we have the right to demand additional documentation in order to verify you in this context.
For security purposes as well as your protection, all contact with our customer support teams may be recorded and monitored.
Under applicable laws relating to money-laundering and other issues, we may wish to carry out specific checks and we reserve the right to refuse to accept deposits and/or pay out winnings until these checks are completed.
If you wish to withdraw funds in excess of our daily limits (details of which can be found in our Support section), you will be required to contact our payments team. We reserve the right to request further documentation from you in these circumstances.
Funds deposited into a Customer Account must originate from a source not related to criminal or illegal activities. We may be required to notify the appropriate authorities if we become aware of any deposits from such sources.
We hold your funds in your Customer Account. The amount of cleared funds you have available will be displayed when you log-in to your account. You consent to us enabling the provision of such information to you on the Website(s).
You accept that all payments and withdrawals are made through this Customer Account. The financial updating of your Customer Account will occur via a reconciliation process between the data on the various products and the actual funds held by us which are credited to your Customer Account.
PKR retains all player funds in a segregated client funds account, separately from all other operating and corporate funds. In the case of UK customers this is in accordance with the Basic level of protection and as set out on the Gambling Commission’s website: http://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/Consumers/Protection-of-customer-funds.aspx.
Any reference to payments to, or withdrawals from, a Customer Account are references to payment to us, and payment by us, made through our payments systems and processes from time to time.
We offer several different methods for making a deposit or a withdrawal from a Customer Account. Further details on the payment options currently offered and any charges associated, including information regarding deposit and withdrawal limits, processing times, qualifications and processing fees can be found either in the Support section of the website, or by contacting us at email@example.com.
Whilst a number of valid payment methods may be registered on a Customer Account at any given time, the maximum number of payment cards allowed at any one time is five.
Except where restrictions on withdrawal apply at any time (e.g. in relation to funds arising from bonus schemes) you may withdraw funds from your Customer Account at any time providing all payments have been confirmed and you have satisfied our verification procedures.
You may request the full balance of funds in your Account at any time. Such request will be subject to any relevant security checks and withdrawal rules in place at the time of processing, including, but not limited to, limitations on amount, applicable fees and any game specific rules such as for Jackpot games where any entitlement may be subject to incremental release.
Wherever possible funds withdrawn will always be credited back to the origin of the deposit unless we are prohibited or unable to do so, in which case your withdrawal will be processed using an alternative method. In such cases we reserve the right to conduct further verification for security purposes.
We do not allow any transfer of funds between Customers.
We do not charge for deposits although you should note that some credit card companies categorise gambling transactions as 'cash' and may levy a fixed and/or interest charge from the date of payment.
Where you make repeated deposits and withdrawals without commensurate play on a PKR Product (to be determined at our reasonable discretion), we reserve the right to pass associated bank charges on to you by debiting your Customer Account but will provide you with advance notice before doing so to enable you to cease such activity.
Bank transfers to and from bank accounts (deposits and withdrawals) attract bank charges, which may vary according to the amount of money transferred and are to be met by the Customer.
We reserve the right to charge a reasonable commission on any currency exchanges taking place. Our currency exchange rates are calculated in accordance with a daily rate provided by www.oanda.com.
If you choose or are required to be paid out by cheque, the cheque must be cashed within 3 months or it will be cancelled and the funds returned to your Account. An administration charge (or currency equivalent) may also be levied and we will not be liable for any additional administration charges (including but not limited to foreign exchange charges) incurred as a direct result of such payment.
We do not operate credit accounts.
If you have not logged into your Customer Account or otherwise contacted us for a continuous period of twelve calendar months, your Customer Account shall be deemed to be dormant, and suspended for security reasons. Where there is a balance on the account in excess of 1.00 we will endeavour to contact you by all appropriate means.
If we are not able to successfully contact you, and/or, in the case of non-UK customers, you have not logged into your Customer Account or otherwise contacted us for a further continuous period of twelve calendar months, your Customer Account shall be deemed to be inactive, and any remaining balance removed from the account and retained.
Where your Customer Account has been deemed to be dormant or inactive, you may contact us at any time to request a reactivation of, or refund of any balance on the account. Any such request will be subject to security and verification procedures.
In certain circumstances, we may need to suspend your Account or access to the money in your Customer Account which means that your funds may be temporarily unavailable for you to use or withdraw.
An Account or access to money in it may be suspended for a number of reasons, including where we have reason to believe that the security of your Account has been breached, or your Account is being used for any unlawful activity or fraudulent purpose (including money laundering), or if there have been charge-backs on your account, or if we have reason to believe you are involved in collusion or cheating of any kind or are under 18 or in a jurisdiction (or citizen of a jurisdiction) that renders the provision of the PKR Products to you or your use of them illegal.
We will try and complete any investigations and deal with the cause of any suspension as soon as practicable in the context of any legal or regulatory obligations that we may have but until that is done we may continue the suspension or opt to close the Account at our sole discretion. We can also put a suspension in place or close your Customer Account at any time (as we may determine at our discretion)
If we suspend a Customer Account or access to the funds in it, we will remove the restrictions if you lodge a complaint and provide us with reasonable proof in relation to our concerns. You must provide such proof to us at the latest within three (3) months from the date of suspension. The procedure for lodging a complaint is set out in the section headed Complaints and Disputes below.
We reserve the right to close a Customer Account at any time in our discretion. We will give you reasonable notice before doing so, unless circumstances dictate that we legally or practically cannot do so.
You have the right to close a Customer Account at any time, provided that your Account does not show a balance is due to us. You should indicate your intention to us to close a Customer Account by contacting our Support Team. In this case, you will be sent the amount standing to the credit of your Customer Account by a method of payment determined by us.
You agree that charging back any deposited funds shall be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions and entitle us to suspend or close you Customer Account and terminate our relationship with you. In such cases we reserve the right to retain any balance on the account (including in respect of winnings) to offset any charge-back liability.
If for any reason you lose the right to the funds in your Customer Account (e.g. because of criminal activity) the funds will be dealt with in accordance with applicable laws or regulations.
You should be aware that these provisions are in addition to any other provisions set out in relation to any particular PKR Product (e.g. in Product Specific Terms or Game or House Rules) and that if there are conflicts the most restrictive rules will apply.
When you first deposit with us and at any time thereafter, you are entitled to set a deposit limit. These facilities are made available to you in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy. Customers should particularly note that after setting any limits they should log out and log back in so as to be sure the limits have been activated.
We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure any limits you set are observed but we are not liable to you if you circumvent our procedures (e.g. top up your account up with funds exceeding your limit).
Whilst most Customers are able to enjoy their gambling, for a very small number of Customers gambling ceases to be fun. For those Customers who wish to restrict their gambling, we provide a self-exclusion facility. We also refer you to our Responsible Gambling Policy, which highlights how seriously we take this issue and the assistance we provide.
Self-exclusion is a formal process whereby we cease to allow you to have or operate a Customer Account with us for a period of time from 6 months onwards, at your request. You may also wish to take a break from gambling for a short period in which case you may choose to have a short exclusion period of between 1 week and 6 weeks. During any exclusion period we cannot accept any deposits or bets/wagers or allow you to access our PKR Products.
If you choose to self-exclude for a period of 6 months or more, we will close your Customer Account and return any balance to you, and remove you from our mailing lists. Once you self- exclude, we cannot reverse this process for any reason (except during any cooling off period) and you may not apply to open a new Customer Account.
After the expiry of a self-exclusion period you may contact us to request that we re-open your Customer Account, which we may do at our discretion. Following such a request, if we do reopen your Account, we will provide you with a 7-day cooling off period before you once again have access to the PKR Service, during which you may elect to keep the exclusion in place.
To use our player limits or self-exclusion facility, you must be logged into your Customer Account. We will action your request on receipt and confirm to you by e-mail, on your external e-mail account, when we have put the exclusion in place. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure compliance with self-exclusion requests.
Software is available from various organisations to assist you with self-exclusion. You may also find more advice and information about responsible gambling and protecting minors and vulnerable people at: http://www.gambleaware.co.uk and http://www.gamcare.org.uk.
Having implemented reasonable checks and safeguards to ensure that whilst you are self-excluded you cannot access our Websites and you do not receive marketing material about gambling from us, we cannot be held liable to you or any third party if you are able to continue to gamble on the Websites, or if any marketing material inadvertently gets sent to you. You should also note that self-exclusion from the PKR Service does not exclude you from other similar services and you should also take steps to self-exclude from those. We are not responsible if you continue to gamble elsewhere (whether on any other party's websites or premises).
We will regard any action by you involving changing any registration details or opening up a new Customer Account with substantially the same information, but inputted into the registration form in a different way, in an attempt to circumvent an exclusion as entitling us to close your access to the PKR Service permanently.
At all times during any gambling activity, whether or not during any period of self-exclusion (from ourselves or other operators) we advise that you seek urgent professional help if you are in any way uncomfortable with your gambling.
You may bet or wager up to the amount deposited in your Customer Account by using one or more PKR Products. We do not operate credit accounts.
You are obliged to check that the bet or wager instructions you submit are correct before confirming the bet or wager. It is your responsibility to ensure that any bet or wager put forward by you reflects your intentions and we do not accept responsibility for any mistakes you may make.
When a wager is offered by you and accepted on a PKR Product, the corresponding amount is charged against your Customer Account.
At all times, where there is any disagreement as to the details of any bet or wager staked on a PKR Product or the outcome of any bet or wager, our electronic records (which are part of our regulated and audited technical facilities) shall prevail.
Any proposition or other information placed by us on any part of the PKR Service is not an offer but is an invitation to Customers to put forward a bet or wager transaction for acceptance by us. A bet or wager is deemed to be valid only following electronic confirmation of acceptance. Only then is it lodged in our servers. This acceptance is demonstrated with the generation of a Hand or Game Identification number or other transaction or play reference.
You agree that the records of our PKR Service shall be the final authority in determining the validity and terms of any bets or wagers you place and the circumstances in which they were made.
We reserve the right to refuse all or any part of a bet or wager offered to us, void any accepted bet or wager and withhold settlement for any reason justifying such refusal voiding or withholding such as (but not only) if we have reason to believe:
You are under the legal age for gambling in your country of residence;
You are involved in any activity which in our discretion is illegal or unacceptable including fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, match rigging or cheating of any kind;
You are in a jurisdiction (or citizen of a jurisdiction) that renders the provision of any PKR Product to you or your use of it illegal.
We are only obliged to pay out winnings that have been genuinely won in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. All winnings will be credited to your Customer Account.
You fully accept that the PKR Service and your interaction with it are dependent on the satisfactory operation of computer systems and networks, including communications media, and that such operation is not guaranteed to be available or accurate or satisfactory at all times.
You also accept that all instructions and responses are sent between you and us and/or third parties over the Internet or by other connecting media over which neither you nor we have control and that we do not accept any risk of malfunction or inadequacy in any way of connecting media.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to deal with any failure or malfunction of our own systems and to treat Customers fairly in that respect and some of the consequences of such events (in particular regarding interrupted play) are dealt with in Product Specific Terms and Conditions or applicable House Rules or Game Rules.
Our records shall be conclusive evidence as to all transactions made with us both in relation to their nature and value.
You fully accept and agree that random number generator software will determine the outcome of bets or wagers on the PKR Products (excepting any peer to peer games) and that the records of such software will be final and conclusive in all respects.
Any Client Software supplied to you or downloaded by you to enable or facilitate connection with a PKR Product is regarded as your input software to the PKR Service and information delivered by it will be binding on you.
You agree that security is important to both of us. In addition to security checks we will use all reasonable endeavours to protect the security of our operations and communications between you and us including the use of secure technology to protect the information Customers submit to us.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to maintain for our own systems anti-denial-of-service (DOS) and anti-distributed-denial-of-service (DDOS) protection, anti-virus and other technological means and processes to safeguard access to our systems and the information contained in it against malicious attack.
You acknowledge that we are entitled to share or may be required to share your personal information with regulators and authorised bodies as required by regulations affecting our operations as well as with law enforcement authorities for the purpose of investigating fraud or money laundering or any other unlawful act.
We may have reason to suspect that you have been involved in fraudulent, improper, collusive, misleading, fixing, manipulative, cheating or other unacceptable activity (whether or not unlawful) in relation to your access to or use of the PKR Service. Such activity can include (but is not limited to)
that you have used or attempted to use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for participation in any PKR Product or manipulation of any of our gaming or other systems;
that you have introduced or attempted to introduce any virus or other harmful or malicious application or material to our systems;
that you have introduced or attempted to introduce any defamatory, obscene, abusive or unlawful material to our systems;
that you have colluded or attempted to collude with another user or users of a PKR Product;
that you have been participating in any act of intentionally losing money to another player (such as chip dumping);
that you have abused or misused any bonus offer or promotion offered by us;
that you have provided incorrect information.
If we do have any suspicions we shall be entitled to take such action as we deem appropriate, including without limitation,
immediately blocking you from accessing any PKR Product;
closing your Customer Account;
suspending your Customer Account;
seizing all funds in your Customer Account; and
voiding any bets or wagers placed by you which appear to us to have been made utilizing such activity.
We reserve the right to seek the fullest civil and criminal sanctions against any Customer involved in fraud and to notify the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where appropriate. We reserve the right to withhold payment to any Customer where fraud is alleged or suspected.
You shall indemnify and shall be liable to pay us, on demand, all costs, charges or losses sustained or liabilities incurred by us (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, any loss of profit and loss of reputation) arising directly or indirectly from your fraudulent, improper, collusive, misleading, fixing, manipulative, cheating or other unacceptable activity (whether or not unlawful).
In some PKR Products we may offer you the opportunity to interact with other customers in virtual chat rooms and discussion forums. The purpose of these rooms is to provide entertainment and communication to all Customers. We reserve the right to block access to these features for any Customer at any time.
You agree that you are responsible for your use of chat rooms and discussion forums and you undertake to comply with the chat room and discussion forums rules in these Terms and Conditions and on specific PKR Products. You accept that if you breach any chat room or discussion forum rules, you will be blocked from accessing these features, either for a period of time or permanently.
You agree that all chat must be in English or the language specific for any specially designed language games and that you may only chat in a way that would be appropriate in a face-to-face meeting.
In particular, you accept that any foul, abusive or inappropriate language will not be tolerated and that you are not allowed to harass, threaten or embarrass other customers.
You agree that you will not post or transmit through chat rooms and discussion forums any defamatory, threatening, obscene, harmful or pornographic material or material which would violate or infringe in any way upon the rights of others (including intellectual property rights, rights of confidentiality, or rights of privacy) or cause offence, distress or inconvenience or which do not comply with all relevant laws.
You specifically agree not to chat about a game while it is in progress, offer advice to another player through the chat during a game, urge a player to take any kind of action, or chat about any current cards being held or any cards you may have held during a hand.
You accept that chat rooms or discussion forums will be supervised and that all conversations in such rooms will be logged and recorded and suspicious chats reported to the relevant authorities.
You also accept that you are not allowed to promote any betting or gaming products (other than the PKR Products) or engage in any other form of third party advertising in the chat rooms, discussion forums or elsewhere on the Websites.
You accept the need, when using any chat room or discussion forum, to always take the following precautions: keep your identity private and do not give out your full name, address, telephone number, E-Mail address, or any other information (other than that specifically requested by the Chat Moderator), that could help someone discover your actual identity.
You agree that we have the right to copy, use, distribute, adapt, modify, display, reproduce and transmit any information that you may put in any chat room or discussion forum and to allow other users of the PKR Service to view and copy such information for personal use. However you agree that you are not entitled to do any of this without our approval and that we are not obliged to give it.
You agree that, except for information posted by ourselves, all information shared in any chat room or discussion forum represents the personal input, opinions, views or other expressions of the applicable user and not those of ourselves and that we are not liable for any of them.
You accept responsibility for any information you share in any chat room or discussion forum and that you are liable for any consequences of such information.
You agree that we have the right to edit or delete any information put in to any discussion forum, including without limitation any information which contravenes any of the above rules.
You understand that when you register for the PKR Service you consent to receive marketing literature or information either from us, our partners or selected third parties.
We may from time to time offer or award you complimentary or bonus amounts to be credited into your Customer Account. Bonuses may only be used in conjunction with the PKR Products specified when the bonus is offered or awarded. Use of any bonus shall be in accordance with additional Terms and Conditions of the relevant bonus offering or applicable promotional terms and bonus release restrictions contained in the relevant offer or award.
Bonus offers and promotional offers (unless expressed to be generally available) are intended for the addressed recipient or category of persons only and cannot be transferred. If you are not the intended recipient or you are not part of the intended category, then the offer cannot be accepted by you.
You accept that is your responsibility to ensure that any bonus offer or promotion you are interested in is still available (if only available for a particular period), that you are eligible for it, and that you understand any terms which apply to it.
We reserve the right to limit the number of times that you may participate in a bonus or promotional offer. Except as otherwise expressly stated in the offer itself, bonuses and promotional offers are limited to one account per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number and other common environments (fraternity, university, libraries, etc.). Where multiple participation is permitted, we reserve the right to limit the number of participations, in our sole discretion.
The identity of participants in any bonus or promotional offer will be determined on the basis of such criteria as we may select in our discretion, such as all or any combination of the following: name, address, email address, credit/charge/debit number, IP Address and other forms of identification.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable terms, bonuses and promotional offers may not be used in combination with any other bonus or promotion scheme.
If imposed, release requirements or cash out restrictions must be satisfied before any bonuses or promotional amounts can be played with or cashed out. Use or withdrawal of any bonus or promotional amounts will only be possible by complying with the applicable terms including, without limitation, in respect of any qualifiers or restrictions.
All cash outs may be subject to audit before processing and we reserve the right to reclaim bonuses or any winnings if a cash-out fails any audits.
The PKR Service and PKR Products include any Client Software owned by or licensed to us that may be supplied by us to you or downloaded from sources made available by us for use with any part of the PKR Service and PKR Products and include also all trademarks, trade names, domain names, logos, pictures, design, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio, text and other content (all of which is together called "PKR IPR")
You acknowledge that all ownership rights and all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the PKR IPR are owned by us or our licensors and that you have no right title or other interest in any such items except as expressly stated in the Terms and Conditions.

Confirmation of any bet placement signifies your acceptance of our rules, whether or not you have familiarised yourself with them.
Subject to these rules, bets are offered for race meetings in Ireland and the UK held under the Irish Turf Club & UK Jockey Club or their equivalent bodies abroad.
All bets are deemed for the day of acceptance, unless otherwise stated.
We aim to ensure complete accuracy as regards announcing, publishing and issuing of prices, however, should an error occur, we cannot accept responsibility and reserve the right to correct errors.
Special bets are settled in accordance with the rules issued for such bets.
Any bet not written to our database will not be recognised by us.
All bets placed will be settled on the official result, unless otherwise stated.
Where a race is specified by using race card order, the race will be placed and timed as the card in the sporting press, with allowances for obvious errors.
We cannot guarantee to pay or correct errors, if they are brought to our attention, more than six months after the official result of the last selection to run on the bet.
The time that the bet was written to our database will govern settlement.
Where the official OFF of a race is not announced, bets may be placed up to the advertised OFF time. Any bet taken after this will be deemed void, unless we are satisfied that the bet was placed before the actual OFF.
If a bet is placed after the OFF, the selection(s) will be deemed void, if the result is known, or if the client had an indication as to the outcome at that stage.
The following are the limits that can be won by a client in respect of any one-day's business.
Horse racing and greyhound meetings where all the selections are in races governed by a full official information service within Ireland and the UK. (shows, offs and results):
•150,000 Horse racing in Ireland and the UK
•25,000 Horse racing in all other countries
•50,000 BAGS meetings
Horse and greyhound racing where any selection is in a race not covered by a full information service:
•25,000 Horse racing in Ireland and the UK, held under the governing body's rules
•10,000 Horse racing outside the above mentioned.
•10,000 Evening greyhound racing not covered by a full official information service.
Sport limits apply as to the description under the individual sports rules.
Ante-post - 100,000.
Where bets that exceed this limit are taken in error the limit will stand.
1. Abandoned/Postponed events:
If any single event (match, game, race etc.) is not completed within 3 days of the original, scheduled completion date then all bets on the event will be void, except those on markets which have already been determined.
If any tournament or competition is not completed within 7 days of the original, scheduled completion date then all relevant markets will be settled based on the official result of the relevant governing body, provided the result is announced within 30 days of the original scheduled completion date.
Where a number of days are specified in relation to the completion of an event, the specific cut-off time would be 23:59:59 in the time zone where the event was scheduled to take place.
2. Venue changes and Event durations:
If there is a change to the scheduled venue for an event then all bets will stand unless the new venue is the home ground of the team originally listed as the away team.
If there is a change in the type of surface an event was due to take place on (e.g. a tennis match changing from grass to hard court) then all bets will be void.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bets apply to the regular time period of an event, including any stoppage or injury time played. Extra-time periods or other methods for deciding a contest will not count for the purposes of settlement.
If the scheduled duration of an event is changed before the event starts then all bets on the event will be void.
3. Dead Heats:
If two or more selections finish in a dead heat in a market, the return for a winning back bet would be reduced. The reduction is calculated by multiplying the original stake by the number of expected winners and dividing it by the number of dead-heated selections. The total return is then calculated based on the reduced stake (i.e. the reduced stake at the original odds) with the net winnings being this amount less the original stake.
Example 1: In a market where 3 selections dead heat for 1st place, a back bet on one of the winners for $60 at 6.0 or 5/1 is settled as follows: The stake of $60 is multiplied by the number of expected winners (1) and divided by the number of dead heated selections (3) to calculate the reduced stake ($60 x 1/3 = $20). The return is then the reduced stake at the original odds ($20 x 5 = $100). The net winnings are $40 or the return ($100) less the original stake ($60).
Example 2: Take a market with 3 expected winning selections (e.g. Horse racing place market), where 1 selection is an outright winner and 4 selections dead-heat for second place. Once the outright winner has been settled, there are two remaining ‘places’ in the market. A bet for $60 at 6.0 or 5/1 on one of the 4 dead-heated selections is settled as follows, the stake of $60 is multiplied by the expected number of winners (2) and divided by the number of dead heated selections (4) to calculate the reduced stake ($60 x 2/4 = $30). The return is then the reduced stake at the original odds ($30 x 5 = $150). The net winnings are $90, or the return ($150) less the original stake ($60)
4. In-Running markets:
We reserve the right to suspend an in running market at any time or decide against turning a market in running if there are problems with the feeds used to manage an event, or other technical difficulties. In these circumstances we accept no liability for customers inability to trade positions.
Customers should be aware that broadcasts described as ‘live’ may actually be subject to delays and that the extent of the delays may vary depending on the broadcaster.
There is a built in delay when placing bets in an In Running market. The length of the delay will depend on the sport and on broadcasts available for the event.
A bet placed at a price that will match, when the user confirms the bet, is subject to the in running delay. A bet placed at an unmatched price, when the user confirms the bet, is not subject to the in running delay and will be placed immediately as an unmatched offer in the market. Customers should be aware that bets that are subject to an in running delay cannot be cancelled until the time delay has expired.
When managing unmatched orders in an in running market, a change of stake will not be subject to an in running delay. A change of odds to a price that will get matched in the market will be subject to a delay, and a change of odds to a price that will not get matched is not subject to the in running delay.
5. Unmanaged In-Running markets:
Unmanaged In Running markets are markets which are turned in running at the scheduled start of a game and are available for wagering during the game but are not managed at any stage during the game i.e. the market will not be suspended if a goal is scored, a penalty is awarded or a player is sent off.
An unmanaged in-running market will be turned in running at the scheduled start of the match with unmatched bets, except for those specifically selected to go in running, cancelled. Once in running, unmatched bets will not be cancelled at any stage.
6. ‘Keep In-Running’ Bets:
For any market that is due to turn In Running, a customer can select the option for their unmatched orders to remain ‘open’ in the market when it is turned In Running. This option is available when a bet is being placed, or alternatively by selecting the option and updating the bet in the ‘Current Bets’ panel. Once selected, the unmatched bet will not be cancelled when the market turns In Running, or when the market is reset following a goal, penalty or sending off in a soccer match.
The general procedure is for unmatched ‘lay’ offers to be cancelled when a non-runner is removed from a horse racing market, provided the deduction factor of the non-runner or the accumulated deduction factors for the market is 2.5% or greater in Win markets and 4.0% or greater in Place markets. However, bets placed with the ‘Keep In-Running’ option will not be cancelled; back bets will remain on the site without being re-priced and the lay odds will be re-priced taking into account the deduction factor of the non-runner. This feature will override any personal settings selected in the Preference section.
Generally, there is no point, other than when the market is finally closed, where ‘Keep In Running’ bets will be cancelled; however, we reserve the right to cancel ‘Keep In Running’ bets if it is deemed necessary to protect customers.
7. Market management:
If a market is due to close at the start of an event, but fails to close for any reason, we reserve the right to void all bets placed after the start of the event. In the absence of an official ‘off’ time for the event, or a source for the ‘actual’ start time, the scheduled start time will be used.
If a market is due to go in running at the start of an event, but is not turned in-running and unmatched bets are not cancelled, we reserve the right to void all bets matched after the start of the event.
If this happens:
• and the market is not turned in-running at any stage during the event, bets placed after the start of the event will be void. In the absence of an official ‘off’ time for the event, or a source for the actual start time, the scheduled start time will be used.
• in markets other than soccer, and the market is turned in-running during the event, bets placed between the start of the event and the market being turned in-running, will be void. In the absence of an official ‘off’ time for the event, or a source for the actual start time, the scheduled start time will be used.
8. Market settlement:
All markets will be settled in accordance with the PKR Rules and the market (“Info”), as set out and displayed in the Info tab beside all markets. In the case of any ambiguity, the rules as described in the market Info will be final for the purposes of settlement. We reserve the right to reverse the settlement of a market if there has been an error in the original settlement, and to make the necessary amendments to customer’s accounts to reflect any changes in the settlement of the market.
In the event of any doubt surrounding the result of a market or event, we reserve the right to withhold settlement of the market until such time as said doubt has been removed. In the event that the result cannot be verified, we reserve the right to void the market.
Markets will generally be settled as soon as the result can be confirmed. As a courtesy to customers, we may decide to settle or part settle some markets or selections before an official result has been announced; however, we reserve the right to amend this settlement if the official result is different to that used for the original settlement, or if the whole market is eventually to be voided.
Unless otherwise stated, all markets will be settled based on the official result, regardless of subsequent amendments to the result
While every effort is made to ensure complete accuracy, we cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions relating to information displayed on the Site. We reserve the right to make changes to correct any obvious errors.
It is the responsibility of each member to ensure he/she is aware of the rules governing individual markets. We cannot accept any responsibility for any errors in respect of the posting of offers by members.
Allowing for minor spelling mistakes, if an incorrect selection (team, player or otherwise) is displayed in a market, or the incorrect number of selections or outcomes are available in a market, or a market includes any obvious error, we reserve the right to void bets in the market or the market as a whole.
In order to protect the integrity of markets on the site and to protect customers of the site, we reserve the right to cancel unmatched bets at any time, to suspend betting on any market at any stage, and ultimately, if deemed necessary, to void certain bets or a market as a whole.
We reserve the right to suspend any market, at any time, at our discretion, in order to amongst other reasons, protect customers for any reason and to carry out market administration.
All information supplied is done so in good faith. We cannot accept any liability for any errors or omissions in respect of any information such as but not limited to the posting of prices, runners, times, place terms, scores, results, venues.
The General rules in Section 1 are applicable in situations where the specific rules for a sport (as outlined in sections 2 to 29 below) or the Info for a market do not deal specifically with a particular scenario.
We reserve the right to amend any of the rules at any time. Any amendment to a rule is effective immediately once displayed on the site.
All bets will be settled on the official result including any overtime played unless otherwise stated in the market Info. In the event of a tie after overtime all bets placed on Money Line markets will be void. Subsequent amendments to the official result at the end of the game will have no bearing on market settlement.
If a match does not start on the scheduled start date and is not played to completion, at the same venue, within 72 hours of the original start time, then all bets will be void.
Games must go 55 minutes to be official. If a match has started and is later abandoned or postponed and not resumed within 3 days then all bets, except for those already determined, will be void unless 55 minutes have elapsed or an official result has been called.
For individual match-up and ‘prop’ markets, players must play for bets to stand.
Bets on abandoned, postponed or cancelled events will be void unless the event is held at the original venue within 7 days of the original date.
All markets will be settled based on the official result at the time of the medals presentation, regardless of subsequent amendments to the result. In the absence of a medals presentation, bets will be settled in accordance with the first, official result announced and regardless of subsequent amendments to the result (unless there has been an error in reporting the correct result).
All bets, except for markets in Finals matches, apply to regular time only and exclude any overtime played. Bets on Finals matches will be settled on the official score including any overtime played, unless otherwise stated in the market Info. If a game ends in a tie, dead heat rules apply to bets on match odds markets.
Bets on postponed matches will be void unless the match is played within 36 hours of the original scheduled start date.
If a match starts but is subsequently abandoned/postponed and not completed within 36 hours of the original scheduled start date then the following applies to bets on match odds markets:
a) If the first half has not been completed the match will be settled as a tie and dead heat rules will apply.
b) If the first half has been completed then the match will be settled on the official result of the relevant governing body.
All other bets on abandoned or postponed matches will be void except for those on markets that have already been determined.
All bets will be settled on 90 minutes play unless otherwise stated in the market Info. If 90 minutes play is not completed for any reason, all bets will be void unless an official result is declared. If a match is played in 3x30 minute periods instead of 2x45 minute periods bets will stand.
If a match is abandoned or postponed, all bets, except for those already determined, are void unless the match is completed within 36 hours of the original scheduled start date, or an official result is declared.
If a game does not start on the scheduled date then all bets on that game will be void. Markets are settled on the final score including any extra innings played, unless otherwise stated in the market Info.
“Listed Pitcher” markets will be void if either starting pitcher is different to the ones named in the market.
For Money Line markets, games must go 5 full innings (or 4.5 if the home team is ahead). If a game is called or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called. Bets will be void if the home team ties the game and it is then suspended.
For Run Line and Totals markets, games must go 9 innings (or 8.5 if the home team is ahead). If a game is called or suspended in extra innings, the score will be determined after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the score is determined at the time the game is called.
These PKR baseball rules apply to Major League Baseball. All other baseball is governed by the rules displayed in the market Info.
Bets will be settled on the official score including any overtime played, unless otherwise stated in the market Info.
If a match is abandoned or postponed before 43 minutes have been played in an NBA match, or 35 minutes in any other match, and no official result has been declared then all bets will be void, except for those on markets which have already been determined.
If a fight is abandoned or postponed, all bets, except for those already determined, are void unless the fight is completed within 3 days of the original scheduled start date, or an official result is declared. If the fight is relocated to another country after the market has been opened or a boxer withdraws or is substituted before the fight starts, all bets will be void. If the number of scheduled rounds or the duration of individual rounds is changed then all bets will be void.
All bets will be settled on the official result announced following the fight, regardless of any subsequent amendments to the result.
If for any reason a point’s decision is awarded before the full number of rounds is completed or a boxer is disqualified, bets will be settled on the round in which the fight was stopped. If a boxer retires between rounds, fails to answer the bell, or is disqualified between rounds, bets will be settled based on the fight being finished at the end of the previous round.
Joint winners of chess tournaments will be settled as dead heat winners. Tiebreak rules will not be applied.
In knockout events the eventual winner, by whatever means, will be deemed to have won the event. Bets are valid when each player has made at least one move; otherwise, bets are void and stakes refunded.
To allow for the toss, match markets will be turned in-running 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Matches that are not going in running will be closed at the scheduled start time.
If a match is shortened due to the weather, markets, including those decided by the Duckworth Lewis method, will be settled based on the official result. If a match starts, but is not completed for any reason other than weather and no official result is declared then we reserve the right to void all bets on markets which have not been determined.
If a ball has not been bowled, bets will be void.
All bets on Match Betting markets will be void if the official result is a Tied Match in any Test, County or Limited Over match.
If a Limited Over match finishes in a Tie then that is the result that will count for the purposes of settlement, regardless of any Bowl Outs, Super Overs or otherwise that may be played.
If less than 20 overs are bowled in an innings then bets on innings runs markets will be void unless the market has already been determined. In the event of a match being decided by a bowl-off or coin toss then all bets will be void, unless market Info states otherwise.
Limited Over matches
If “No Result” is declared for a match then all bets will be void except for those on markets already determined as specified in the market Info.

If a non-runner or reserve runner is declared, all bets will be void and a new market will be opened. If no runners finish a race or a race is declared void then all bets will be void. If the venue is changed after a market has been opened all bets will be void. In ante-post markets, all bets on individual greyhounds stand whether the greyhound runs or not. All ante-post bets will be void if the competition is abandoned or the venue is changed.
If PKR becomes aware that a greyhound listed in an ante-post market has died, the market will be suspended while we determine the accuracy of the information and the time of the greyhound’s death. Once this has been confirmed, the selection will be removed from the market and, if appropriate, void all bets placed on the market from midnight on the date of death.
If a race is postponed or rescheduled, but run at the same venue on another day, all ante-post bets will stand provided the entries are not re-opened.
Unless otherwise stated in the market Info, all bets apply to the full match duration excluding extra time. If a match is abandoned or postponed, all bets, except for those already determined, are void unless the match is completed within 36 hours of the original scheduled start date, or an official result is declared.
All individual race markets are decided on the official result at the time of the ‘weigh-in’, regardless of subsequent amendments to the result. If a race is abandoned, or declared void, all bets on the race will be void. If a race is postponed and not run on its scheduled day, all bets will be void. If the venue or the surface (e.g. turf/dirt) for a race is changed after the market has been activated all bets will be void.
In the event of a false start or similar incident resulting in a race being re-run, ‘under starters orders’ is negated and horses taking no part in the re-run will be treated as non-runners.
Ante post betting is deemed to finish at the final declaration stage. All bets on individual horses will stand whether the horse runs or not, unless the horse is balloted out.
Bets placed on horses after they have forfeited their entry at an entry stage or where they have not qualified by the qualifying date will be void unless that race has a later supplementary entry stage. No PKR non-runner rule deductions are made to ante-post bets.
If a race is officially abandoned, declared void or the conditions of the race are altered all bets will be void. If a race is postponed, but run at the same venue within 7 days of the original scheduled date, all bets will stand provided the conditions of the race remain the same and the entries are not re-opened.
If PKR becomes aware that a horse listed in an ante-post market has died, all markets where the horse is a selection will be suspended while we determine the accuracy of the information and the time of the horse’s death. Once this has been confirmed, the selection will be removed from the market and, if appropriate, void all bets placed on the market from midnight on the date of death. If an accurate time for the horse’s death can be ascertained, PKR may, using its discretion and all the information available, decide to void bets from a more reasonable time.
The possible number of ‘placed’ or winning selections in a market is stated above the individual market and is determined by the number of declared runners when the market is being setup. Once the market has been displayed, further non-runners will not affect the number of ‘places’ in a market. If the number of potential winners, as stated above the market, is equal to or greater than the number of runners, all bets on this market will be void. If the number of ‘placed’ horses in a race is less than the number of potential winners listed, the winning selections will only be the placed horse or horses.
Each Way Markets
The place element of your Each Way bet will be settled according to the number of ‘places’ stated above the market. The number of ‘places’ in an Each Way market is based on the number of selections that participate in a race and can be affected by non-runners. In the event of there being less than five runners in the race all bets will be void.
Other Horse Racing Rules
Card numbers are included as a guide only; bets are placed on the named horse.
Horses are not coupled for betting purposes. If a horse is running for purse money only, or the stewards declare it will not be included for betting purposes, it will be deemed a non-runner. If this results in the number of potential winners, stated above the market, being equal to or greater than the number of runners in the market, all bets will be void.
Winning Distance Markets
Unless otherwise stated in the market Info, bets on ‘winning distance’ markets are on the sum of the winning distances from each race on one particular day at a race meeting.
The winning distance in a race will be the officially declared distance between the first and second placed horses.
For the purpose of these markets the maximum distance on any individual race will be 12 lengths for Flat races and 30 lengths for National Hunt races (including National Hunt Flat Races) and these distances will be applied if only one horse finishes a race. For distances below half a length the following scale will be applied:
Nose 0.05 length
Short-head 0.1 length
Head 0.2 length
Short-neck 0.25 length
Neck 0.3 length
If there are three or more races abandoned or declared void at a meeting, then all bets on winning distance markets will be void. If there are only one or two races abandoned or declared void then a default distance will be used for each abandoned or void race. The distances used will be 2 lengths for Flat races and 10 lengths for National Hunt races.
In the case of a walkover or no horse finishing the race the distances that will be applied are 5 lengths for Flat races and 12 lengths for National Hunt races.
Any horse in the PKR market that does not come under starter’s orders is deemed to be a non-runner. In the event of a false start or similar incident resulting in a race being re-run, ‘under starters orders’ is negated and horses taking no part in the re-run will be treated as non-runners.
All horse racing markets displayed are subject to PKR’s non-runner rule, which relates to the adjustment of odds on bets already placed when a horse in a race is declared a non-runner. The adjustment is made by applying a deduction factor to the remaining horses. The deduction factor for each horse is based on that horse’s chances of being a winner in the market.
When the market is opened, all runners will be allotted a deduction factor that is based on a forecast price. These deduction factors may be updated during the day based on trading in the market. The deduction factor for each horse can be found by clicking on the name of the horse.
As soon as PKR has confirmed that a horse is a non-runner in a race, that horse will be removed from the market and all bets on that horse will be void.
In the Win and Each Way markets, if the deduction factor of the non-runner is 2.5% or greater, the odds of all bets placed on the remaining horses will be reduced by an amount equal to the non-runners final deduction factor. The unmatched offers to lay the remaining horses will also be cancelled (unless otherwise set out under Preferences in the My Account section). If the deduction factor of the non-runner is less than 2.5% no deductions will be made and no unmatched bets will be cancelled.
In the Place market, if the deduction factor of the non-runner is 4.0% or greater, the potential winnings from all bets placed will be reduced by an amount equal to the non-runners final deduction factor. If the deduction factor of the non-runner is less than 4.0% no unmatched bets will be cancelled.
After the withdrawal of any non-runner, the deduction factors on the remaining horses will be adjusted to reflect their improved chance of winning.
In the event of a late withdrawal, PKR reserves the right to withdraw the horse and apply the deduction factor after the race. If a race is already in-running, PKR reserves the right to suspend the market until such time as the non-runner can be removed.
If a non-runner is removed from a race in error, the runner will be re-instated and all bets in relation to that runner will stand (accounts may have to be adjusted manually to reflect the original bets). All bets made between the time of the withdrawal and the re-instatement will be void in all related markets. The deduction factor applied to bets at the time of the withdrawal will be reversed and the original prices will become valid.
In Win and Each Way markets the deduction factor is applied to the price of each bet.
For example: if a horse with a final deduction factor of 15% is withdrawn, the odds of all bets placed on the remaining horses will be reduced by 15%. E.g. a bet placed at odds of 6.0 would become 5.10 after the deduction had been applied (6.0 x 0.85 = 5.10).
These odds may be reduced further if there are additional horses declared as non-runners and withdrawn from the market. If a non-runner in an Each Way market, results in the number of ‘places’ in the market being reduced, the revised place terms will be applied to all bets in the market.
In Place markets the deduction factor is applied to the potential winnings on each bet only, and not the odds of the bet.
For example: if a horse with a final deduction factor of 15% is withdrawn, the potential winnings on all previously matched bets on the remaining horses will be reduced by 15%. i.e. a bet placed at odds of 6.0 would become 5.25 after the deduction had been applied.
For instance, a $20 bet at odds of 6.0, where the potential winnings would be $100. If a non-runner were withdrawn with a deduction factor of 15%, the deduction would be applied to the potential winnings of $100, leaving potential winnings of $85 or a revised matched price of 5.25.
These odds may be reduced further if there are additional horses declared as non-runners and withdrawn from the market.
Points to note:
If two or more horses are withdrawn from a Win or Each Way market, each of which has an individual deduction factor of less than 2.5%, but the combined deduction factor is more than 2.5%, then the combined deduction factor will be applied as per the example above. This is also the case for Place markets where the combined deduction factor is more than 4.0%.
A reserve runner may appear in a market but it will not have an applicable deduction factor until such time as the horse has been confirmed as a runner. A non-runner that is replaced by a reserve will be treated in the same manner as a regular non-runner and as such the relevant deduction factor will be applied.
Unless otherwise specified, all bets will be settled on the official, final score at the end of regular time, including any overtime and shoot-outs that get played.
If a match starts and less than 55 minutes are completed, and no official result is announced, then all bets will be void, except for those on markets, which have already been determined. Matches that do not start on the scheduled date will be void.
Bets will be settled on the official result. Bets on abandoned or postponed matches are void unless the match is played at the original venue within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time.
Outright championship markets will be settled according to the official rules of the relevant governing body. Should a listed selection fail to compete in the Championship then all bets on that selection will be void.
The warm-up lap will count as the start of a race. Race markets will be settled on the official result of the relevant governing body, regardless of any subsequent disqualifications or amendments to the result. If a race is abandoned and no podium ceremony takes place or no official result is declared then all bets on that race will be void except for bets on markets that have already been determined.
In match markets, the competitor who has finished ahead or completed the most number of laps will be settled as the winner.
All bets will be settled on the official result immediately after the event. If a player does not take part, all bets on that player are void. A player must be dealt at least one hand in order to qualify as a participant.
If a tournament is abandoned and no official result is declared, all bets will be void.
If a crew or individual fails to start a competition or race, all bets on that crew or individual will be void. If a crew or individual starts, but does not complete a race they will be settled as a loser provided somebody completes the race. If nobody completes the race then all bets will be void.
If an event is postponed, abandoned or interrupted, all bets, except for those already determined, will be void unless the event is completed within 7 days or the governing body announces an official result.
All rugby match bets apply to regular time, including injury time but not extra time, unless otherwise stated in the market Info.
If a match is abandoned or postponed, all bets, except for those already determined, are void unless the match is completed within 36 hours of the original scheduled start date, or an official result is declared. If there is a change of venue all bets will stand as long as the match is played within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time and the match is not played at the ground of the team originally listed as the away team.
If the case of a match that isn’t completed, all bets on ‘Handicap’, ‘Correct Score’ or similar markets will be void.
Unless otherwise stated, all football match bets apply to regular time only. This includes injury time but not any extra time periods or penalty shoot-outs. All bets will be void on matches where there is a change of opponent. If there is a change of venue all bets will stand unless the match is played at the ground of the team originally listed as away.
If a match is postponed or delayed and does not (or will not) start by midnight on the scheduled date then all bets on the match will be void unless we are aware that the match has been rescheduled to be played within 36 hours of the original scheduled date.
If a match is abandoned or postponed after it has kicked-off then all bets will be void unless the match is completed (according to the official source) within 36 hours of the original scheduled date. In the event of a match restarting from the beginning only bets matched after kick-off will be void.
If a team is thrown out or disqualified from a league before the season starts then all bets on affected markets will be void. If the league has already started, (i.e. the first league game has been played) all bets will stand and the team will be settled as a loser.
For First Goalscorer or Last Goalscorer markets, bets will be voided on any player who takes no part in the match or comes on as a substitute after the 1st goal has been scored. Own goals do not count for either market. Subsequent appeals or rulings will not affect settlement of the market. For Player to Score markets, all bets will stand if the player plays any part in the match.
For markets that relate to the time of first or last goal, the first half is considered to last 45 minutes, regardless of additional time played. For these markets, the “0-10 minutes” selection covers the period from kick-off until just before the clock reaches 10:00. The “11-20 minutes” selection covers from 10.00 until just before the clock reaches 20.00. This applies to each of the other selections in the market.
Markets relating to the number of events that occur, such as the corners in match, will be decided on the number taken, and not on the number awarded.
In Running Football – Managed games
At the start of the match, all unmatched bets, except for those selected to go in running, will be cancelled and the market will be turned In Running. The market will be suspended if it appears a goal has been scored, a penalty will be awarded or a player will be sent off. If a goal IS scored or a player IS sent off, all unmatched bets, except for those selected to go in running, will be cancelled and the market re-opened.
In Running Football – Unmanaged games
At the scheduled start of the match, all unmatched bets, except for those selected to go in running, will be cancelled and the market will be turned In Running. Once In Running, markets will not be suspended, or unmatched bets will not be cancelled, at any time during the game. Markets will be suspended 120 minutes after the scheduled start time.
In the event of uncertainty regarding the result of any market, the determination of the relevant football authority, as notified by the Press Association, will be used to determine the outcome.
If there is a change to the scheduled venue then all bets will stand; if however, there is a change in the type of surface then all bets will be void.
Should a player fail to compete in an individual match or an event, all bets involving that player will be void. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner; unless, less than one set has been completed in which case all bets relating to that match will be void.
If the required number of games/sets to win a match changes in any way then all bets will be void, except for those on markets, which have already been determined.
If an event is postponed, abandoned or interrupted all bets, except for those already determined, will be void unless the event is completed within 7 days or an official result is announced by the governing body.
In Nordic Combined, both skiers must start both sections of the event for bets to stand. For Ski Jumping, one valid jump (including qualification) is enough for a competitor to achieve a result for the event. Rules for other ‘Match Bets’ and head to head markets will be included in the market Info.
Multiple bets consist of a number of legs, where each leg is one or more selections from an individual market or event. A maximum of seven selections can currently be combined in multiples, although PKR reserves the right to amend this number from time to time. All selections in a multiple bet are subject to the PKR Rules.
Certain combinations of selections, including related contingencies, are not accepted and attempts to place such bets may be prompted with an error pop-up at the bet submission stage. If a bet of this type is inadvertently taken in error, PKR reserves the right to void the relevant, individual bet combinations.
If a selection in a multiple bet is a non-runner or otherwise void under the PKR rules then all bets on that leg of the multiple will be void and the multiple bet will be adjusted accordingly. E.g. a treble becomes a double; a double becomes a single etc.
The minimum total stake for a multiple is $1. The minimum total stake per line is $0.05. For example, a 5 cent “Super Yankee” with 26 different bets and a total stake of $1.30 is allowed but a 4 cent “Super Yankee” would not. Similarly, a 50 cent “Trixie” with a total stake of $2 is allowed but a 20 cent “Trixie” with a total stake of only 80 cent would not. For currencies other than Dollar the minimum stakes may not equate; however, the calculations as described above remain the same.
Not all markets available will be available for multiple betting. PKR reserves the right to determine which markets will be made available for multiple betting. The odds available for PKR Multiples will be derived from the exchange price for the corresponding singles market.
Doubles / Trebles and Upwards to 7 Selections (Max. Multiples available):
